WHO ARE WE?

We are Paulina Kasimovaite and Kalai van Vossen — the two people behind Cellar Door.

Our paths first crossed in Haarlem, where Paulina worked at Olivijn* and Kalai at Ratatouille*. From there, our journey led us to Cadzand-Bad, the kitchens of Pure-C** and Blueness. Years at the highest level — and a shared dream.

That dream is Cellar Door. 

Here, Paulina's Lithuanian roots meet Kalai's classical French training and Brabant-Zeeland origins in a menu that is surprising, seasonal, and deeply personal. We cook with produce from farmers and growers we know and trust. We welcome every guest as if they are the only one who matters that evening — because they are.

Cellar Door is deliberately small. What you experience is the direct work of two people who truly believe in what they do.
